Dom recently retired from his role as EVP Strategy & Technology following a 33 year career with a leading Fortune 500 US energy company. His responsibilities included overseeing the digital transformation of global operations, working with range of silicon valley start-ups. As Chairman for Pinewood, he is combining his life-long interests in leadership, individual and organizational performance, technology and his passion for sport.
Finlay T.C. Macklon PhD

Fin recently completed his PhD in Software Engineering and Intelligent Systems from the University of Alberta. His thesis titled Automatically Detecting Visual Bugs in HTML5 <canvas> Applications allowed him to develop expertise in coding, image recognition and intelligent systems. As CTO for Pinewood, he is combining this with his mastery of statistics, analytical methods and his deep passion for sports.
